I bought my first standard poodle in 1981 after attending an all
breed show in Springfield Massachusetts. I had never seen a standard poodle before, much less one in full show coat.
I was awestruck. I thought they were the only dogs at the show who KNEW why they were there. Without any money to spare, I
applied for a personal loan in order to aquire a puppy. They would become my passion. The intelligence and beauty of the breed
has been with me since that first sighting. If you already love the breed, you know of which I speak. If you are researching
the breed, look no furthur. They are the ultimate companion dog, your canine best friend.
My husband William ( a Veterinarian I married 11 years later) and I are able
to bring to you an occasional litter of what we feel are fine examples of the breed. Perhaps agility or obedience is something
you might want to do. Or maybe you just want what most people want, a beautiful, intelligent canine family member. My husband
says they are the funniest breed there is out there. They certainly do entertain.
